Photo No. 1
I want to try something new. I’ve had this website for… let’s just say a long time, and I basically never use it. To be honest, I’m not even sure what I want the intent or direction of this website to be.
I generally have 3 hobbies: Photography, 3D printing/Engineering, and studying Japanese, and I find myself bouncing between all three to without really succeeding at any one. To one degree or another, each of these hobbies exists in somewhat of the same state that this website does: occasionally picked up and dusted off, but never really put to great use. I’d like to change that.
In an attempt to strike two birds with one stone, because I have this website, because I have all of this camera gear that can sit for the occasional month long stretch without being used, because Instagram has basically become tiktok… I’m going to try to take at least one decent photo per day, and post that photo on the same day that I took it to this Blog. I’m going to attempt to use all of my equipment through this endeavor, to learn and grow with each tool.
So, on to the point… here’s today’s photo:

What could I do to improve upon this photo
This was a quick edit; I’m sure that given more time I could have worked the raw file to create something more interesting… but I think I’d also like to just get it right in camera the first time instead. Working with Maverick is difficult, as he’s more interested in pets than he is in having his photo taken. Part of that lead to a messy background, and
